Building Safety Measures

For the safety of all visitors and tenants, our building has implemented the following:

  • Security guard on duty during business hours.

  • All Guests and Visitors must sign in at security desk when visiting.

  • Traction Guest ZeroTouch Sign-in System has been set-up which allows for QR code sign-ins in lieu of manual sign-ins. If the tenant you are visiting has not been using this system, feel free to request that they use it.

  • DoorKing Telephone Entry System for 24/7 access for after hour clients.

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers can be found in both lobbies, as well as on every floor - both in the elevator lobbies and by the restrooms.

  • All restrooms have been updated with touchless features, including faucets, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and toilet flush kits.

  • The building is currently open Mondays-Fridays, 8am-5pm.

Please check with the Tenant that you are seeing to make sure you are following their office’s safety protocols in addition to the building’s, and make arrangements with them directly for access to the building.
